Where can I pick up the vehicle?
In the inquiry, you can select Banja Luka airport, city, or branch. Exact place and time of handover are confirmed in agreement with you.
Is an inquiry immediately a confirmed booking?
No. Receipt confirmation and inquiry number mean we received the request. A special confirmation is sent after checking availability and terms.
In which currency are the prices?
Prices are in convertible marks, BAM or KM. Total estimate depends on selected period and current discounts. Special services and any extra charges are arranged before confirmation.
Do you offer rentals without a deposit?
We offer the possibility of rental without a deposit. For the selected vehicle and period, request confirmation of terms, including insurance and any damage deductible.
Can I request a long-term rental?
Yes. For monthly or longer rental, send desired period and vehicle. We prepare an individual offer; discount is confirmed for the specific inquiry.
What if my arrival time changes?
Notify us of the new time by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Provide the inquiry number and flight number if arriving by plane. Change of handover must be confirmed with our team.
